Yoga Practice

Yoga found me in 1998 in California, and it has been one of the greatest passions of my life.  Over the years I deepened my practice through various yoga styles, and different places such as London and New York.  Through my mentor, I received a practice passed down from a Tibetan monk – ancient, intentional, and deeply transformative.  This is the heart of what I teach.  Not just postures, but presence.  Not just breath, but awakening.

With over 25 years of experience, I bring this rich lineage into every class, guiding students not just through movement, but through breath, stillness, and inner transformation.
